What it does
- Work orders – receive the vehicle, describe the complaint, add labour and parts, turn the order into a sale and an invoice with one click.
- Vehicle history – make, model, plate, VIN, mileage and every repair with the parts used and the mechanic, in one file per vehicle.
- Parts catalogue – over 9,000,000 car parts and substitutes with daily price and stock updates; direct Inter Cars integration and file import from other suppliers.
- Maintenance reminders – service plans by months and kilometres (oil, inspection, insurance) with SMS reminders that bring the customer back.
- Vehicle from a photo – photograph the registration document and the AI fills in the vehicle data for you to confirm.
- Invoices, payments, reports – dual EUR/BGN prices, receivables, discounts and credit limits per customer, reports to PDF and Excel.
- Warehouse and store – stock, deliveries, positions, POS sales, labels and cash register integration on the same data.
How it runs
Atom is an installed Windows application with its server and data in Microsoft Azure. Customers install it on as many computers as they need; there is no server to buy, backups are automatic and updates arrive on their own. Subscriptions start at €15.34 per month and the first month is free.
